Massage, Reflexology

Carol graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage in 1997. She is trained in Swedish and Deep tissue massage.  She graduated from the Baltimore School of Reflexology in 2005.  She has experience with sports massage and trigger point therapy.  She has a firm, yet gentle touch designed to help the body to obtain balance.  She has worked for the Howard County Office on Aging for ten years at several of the Senior Centers.  Carol says, “I believe in sharing my knowledge with you to support you in finding the best environment for your health.  I welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and help you in getting and maintaining good health.”

On Fridays she offers a discount for adults 60 years or older.

She offers:

• Half-hour sessions of 25 minutes of hands-on care for $35 (Senior Friday price $30)
• Hour sessions of 50 minutes of hands-on care for $65 (Senior Friday price $50)
• Hour and half sessions of 75 minutes of hands-on care for $90
• Reflexology sessions of 50 minutes of hands-on care for $50
