Green drinks are popular now! They’re high in fiber, low in calories and rich in vitamins (not to mention that they taste great!).
Dr. Oz loves his green drinks and following is his breakfast drink that he swears by:
Makes 3-4 servings (about 28-30 oz)
2 cups spinach
1/4 head of celery
1/2 bunch parsley
1 bunch mint
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Serve and enjoy!
